RIO PACIFIC CHUNKY SALSA (2X2.2KG)

A thick deep red chunky salsa with a glossy sheen. Visible 10mm onion dices, with chunks of tomato, red pepper and flecks of Oregano. It has a pH target of 3.25 with a limit of (+/- 0.5). It has an acidy target of 1.5 with a limit of (+/- 0.5). The product is suitable for all consumers.
